Pet Health Requirements

For the health and protection of your pet and all pet's in our facility, your pet must be properly immunized and free of ticks, fleas and intestinal parasites.

Immunizations
We conditionally require proof that your pet is current on all core vaccinations. If your pet is not current on vaccinations, we will be happy to update them.
Minimum requirements are:
Dogs
Rabies (1 or 3 yr)
DAPPV (3 yr)
Bordetella (within 12 months)
Fecal parasite check (within past year)
Cats
Rabies (1 or 3 yr)
FVRCP (3 yr)

Important: If you have not been able to provide us with vaccination verification and we cannot verify that your pet is current within 4 hours of the time your pet is dropped off for boarding, your pet will be given the appropriate vaccines and the charges will be added to your invoice.
Flea & Tick Free
Proof of flea control isn't required, but being flea and tick free is. If fleas or ticks are discovered you will be charged for the treatment of your pet. Please let us know if you know your pet needs flea/tick treatment.

Late Pick-up Fees
In order to be able to provide the best care for your pet at affordable rates, it is essential that we keep our teams on a tight schedule. If you are unable to pick-up your pet during our regular hours, there will be a $20 After Hours Pick-up/Drop-off fee. If you miss an evening pick-up, we will gladly board your pet until the next day at our regular fees.

Requirements for Cats

Boarding:
It is best if your pet does not change food while you are away so please bring your pet's food with them when you come to board. Their food and medications is all you need to bring.
  • Please bring food pre-bagged for each day for each dog.
  • Please bring medicine in their original bottle.

We have a heavy emphasis on hygiene and sanitation and require that all items left with pets be laundered daily, including bedding. We provide our guests with soft, clean, freshly laundered bedding each day.
  • We recommend leaving personal items at home such as your pets bedding, toys or other personal belongings because of the following reasons:
  • Items may cause, not reduce, separation anxiety for your pet.
  • These items don't fare well through our laundry and disinfection process, they often suffer damage.

Holiday Boarding
  • Requires a 2-day deposit (holidays include: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years)

DayPlay:
DayPlay is supervised, interactive group play for dogs grouped according to size and temperament. DayPlay dogs must pass a social evaluation and play at their own risk.
  • Additional Requirements for DayPlay
  • Socially compatible with other dogs.
  • Must not exhibit signs of inter-dog aggression.
  • Minimum age is 16 weeks (4 months) and finished with their last rounds of vaccinations.
  • Good health.
  • Spayed or neutered after 6 months old or sexual maturity.

Grooming:
For the health and protection of your pet and all pets in our facility, we require that dogs and cats be properly immunized and free of fleas, ticks and intestinal parasites (see specific requirements listed below) in order to receive grooming services. If your pet is not current, we will be happy to update the necessary requirements at our regular rates; otherwise, your pet may be required to be held in isolation. Thank you for your cooperation.
